Daily "to do"" video is made of:
- gentle warm up exercises
- Followed by active base workout
- finished with slow and deep stretching
Each day is a bit different, but during the week you will get 5 different workouts, including core strengthening (back and abs), glutes and legs toning exercises, exercises for arms and shoulders, chest as well, yoga and stretching exercises, perfect to start or end a busy day. I do talk a lot about how to do the exercise correctly (technique) and how to make variations on each exercise.
