10min daily fitness can indeed do miracles! 

Join the program now, and you will receive a daily workout video in your e-mail or easy to use app. 

Daily "to do"" video is made of:

  • gentle warm up exercises
  • Followed by active base workout
  • finished with slow and deep stretching

Each day is a bit different, but during the week you will get 5 different workouts, including core strengthening (back and abs), glutes and legs toning exercises, exercises for arms and shoulders, chest as well, yoga and stretching exercises, perfect to start or end a busy day. I do talk a lot about how to do the exercise correctly (technique) and how to make variations on each exercise.

Ievas nodarbības man ir ļoti palīdzējušas.
Es veselu gadu cīnījos ar sastieptu saišu sāpēm plecā, ko dabūju no TRX treniņiem. Gāju pie fizioterapeita, uz masāžām. Nekas nelīdzēja.
Tikai vingrojot mēnesi kopā ar Ievu nodarbībās, man plecs praktiski vairāk nesāp un esmu par to priecīga un pateicīga!
Un vēl man ļoti patīk treniņi korsetei! Super! Montain Climber uzdevums ātrā tempā vispār nav vairs problēma un mugura nesāp.
Daudzi treneri spiež uz presītes vingrojumiem, bet man šķiet, ka tieši korsetes nostiprināšana ir atslēga skaistam viduklim un veselai mugurai.

Patīk, ka Ieva rāda vingrinājumus tik ilgi, cik pašiem jātaisa. Ka saka līdzi, kas un kā pareizi jādara (nesaprotu, kā nevar piekust visu laiku runāt sportojot) 🙂 bet tas ļoti palīdz! Online treniņi ir izcili! Trīs treniņi nedēļā, kurā ir iekļauts viss ,lai uzturētu labu formu un mundrumu. Patīk šo treniņu slodzes sadale, kura man ( kuslam sliņķim kurš sevi pārāk mīl, lai nodarītu pāri ) ir izpildāma, un neliekās kā moku kambaris ar vēlmi kaut tas ātrāk beigtos. No sirds iesaku!
